Main features
1, Rigid frame: using thick plate and square tube with 14mm thickness, after whole welding and special heat treatment, the machine has strong rigidity and anti-corrosion ability.
2, working table: using 10cm thick marble wrapped by steel, which can bear about 2 tons of loading impact force without breaking. The table is flat and smooth after milling process. Reduce conveyor belt friction and vibration and prevent stress deformation and affect the sawing effect.
3, Saw wheel: the national standard steel with high hardness is precisely processed into a saw wheel with a diameter of 700mm and a thickness of 60 mm through ten procedures. It is larger than the traditional band saw wheel and has a large contact surface with a better stability and wear resistance,it can also reduce the rejection rate.
4, Heavy-duty bearing device: SKF heavy-duty separated bearing is used inside of the saw wheel, which can bear large tension and cause small deformation when the two saw wheels are tension ed, reduce the wear rate of the outer circle of the saw wheel, extend the service life of the saw wheel, and reduce the fracture probability of the saw blade.
5, Saw wheel tension guide: slide guiding block is HIWIN(TAIWAN BRAND) with small gap, and the saw wheel is not easy to swing, and the saw blade is stable.
6, Equipped with blade breakage protection system.
7, Lifting system: equipped with 2 pieces of high precision lead screw( ABBA Brand, Taiwan), could adjust lifting within200mm with high precision and exact position.
8, Lifting guide rail: using rail sliding block guiding system with HIWIN BRAND( TAIWAN), saw wheel lifting by lead screw, uneasy to swing.
9, Chain control.The saw wheel must be started before the conveyor belt then it can start feeding. This design is in order to avoid the damage of the machine by the negligence of workers feed materials without turning on the saw sometimes.
10, The feeding speed is automatically controlled by the frequency converter and driven by the motor under the speed of 0-10m/min.
11, Water spraying device: when the saw blade is cut, the heat is large. The water spraying device atomizes the water and sprays it on the saw blade to cool down and lubricate it.
12, Pneumatic pressure, with shock absorber, to reduce the impact of the pressure roller on the platform, to reduce vibration, then enhance the stability of the machine.
